Make every stay easy for you and comforting for your pet. We prepare an in-room Pet Kit (bowls, bed/mat, pads, toys, wipes, and treats) and our concierge can book pet-friendly restaurants, grooming, and clinic appointments, or suggest nearby walking routes on our ÔMAP. So you both settle in quickly—safe, clean, and carefree.

Please contact the butler or front desk; we’ll arrange it promptly. Tell us your pet type (dog/cat) and arrival time so we can pre-set your room.

Pets are allowed on request — additional charge.

Fitness Menu
All fitness equipment is available 24/7.
Turn your suite into a mini studio any time of day. Our curated Fitness Kits are sanitized after every use and designed for quiet, floor-safe workouts. Choose a focus and intensity, and we’ll deliver and set it up with a protective mat—so you can train comfortably in-room.
Equipment includes, yoga mat, resistance band, 3-pound dumbbell, 8-pound dumbbell, 10 pound kettlebell.

Notes:
Availability may vary; all gear is disinfected and delivered with a floor mat—please avoid dropping weights and request low-noise options for late-night use.
